Use of Services

You may use Dynavex services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Platform License

Subject to these Terms, Dynavex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Do not reverse engineer or copy platform components
• Do not transmit malicious code or interfere with service operation

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Dynavex platform. We process your data solely to provide the services as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynavex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
